Comment with Caution. Facebook Shows Comment Edits!
Facebook enabled you to edit your comments in a recept update, but what you may not realize is that those edits are made available for others to see. If the comment was edited, you will see the word “edited” next to the Like button of the comment.
Once that “edited” button is clicked, it will show (below) what those edited comments were.

Didn’t know about that, thanks. What if you delete a post and repost? Can anyone see a deleted comment history?

On Facebook, no. They may see it if they have email alerts set up though.
